Warranty Policy

At By Enoksen, we take pride in our craftsmanship and attention to detail. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality. In the rare event that something goes wrong, we're here to assist you.

 

Warranty Coverage & Claims

We offer a 24-month warranty on all our watches from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.


What is not covered by the warranty?

This warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, or other cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the watch's functionality.
  • Accidental Damage: Damage caused by drops, impacts, or mishandling.
  • Water Damage: Issues resulting from failure to follow the water resistance guidelines in the owner's manual.
  • Magnetisation or Over-winding: Damage caused by exposure to strong magnets or excessive winding.
  • Straps and Bracelets: Normal wear and tear of leather, rubber, or metal straps.
  • Misuse: Any damage resulting from improper use or modifications.

Please ensure you follow the instructions in the owner's manual for proper watch maintenance. Failure to comply with these instructions may void the warranty.

How to Make a Warranty Return

  1. Get Approval: Email us at returns@byenoksen.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and supporting images. Please wait for our approval before sending the product back.

  2. Receive Return Label: Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email.

  3. Print the Label: Print the provided shipping label.

  4. Prepare the Package: Securely pack the watch in its original packaging, including all documentation and any accessories. Ensure the item is well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

  5. Attach the Label: Affix the printed shipping label to the outside of the package.

  6. Ship the Item: Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier location as specified in the return instructions.

      What happens next?

      Once we receive your return, our customer service team will email you to confirm receipt. Our watch technicians will assess the issue and determine whether your item will be repaired, replaced, or refunded under warranty.

      If approved, your watch will be repaired or replaced at no cost.

      Any repaired or replaced item will remain covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

      You will receive an update on the next steps within 5 business days of receipt. 

      We aim to perform the repair and the return within 30 days of receipt of your watch.

       

      Are There Any Costs Involved in the Warranty Service?

      No, By Enoksen covers all costs associated with the warranty process. We provide a prepaid shipping label for returns, and we fully cover the inspection, repair, or replacement of your watch. Once the service is complete, we will ship the repaired or replaced item back to you at no cost. We strive to make the warranty process as seamless and hassle-free as possible.
