At By Enoksen, we are committed to delivering the highest quality and value. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

What is Your Return Policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. The product must be unused and unworn.

What Condition is Necessary for an Item to Be Eligible for a Return?

To qualify for a full refund, your product must be returned in:

- Unused and unworn condition.

- Original, undamaged packaging, with all associated documentation (e.g., protective plastic, tags) intact and attached as originally received.

- Resalable condition—straps must be unused, and any protective seals must remain unbroken.

You are responsible for the product until it arrives back to us.

Are Any Items Non-Returnable?

Yes, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Engraved watches
  • Custom- or configurator-built watches
  • "Made to order" items
  • Gift cards

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Do I Need to Pay for Return Shipping?

Yes, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label via email.

If your product arrived damaged, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@byenoksen.com immediately so we can assist you with your return.

How Do I Return an Item?

  1. Contact Us: Email us at returns@byenoksen.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Receive Return Label: Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Print the Label: Print the provided shipping label.
  4. Prepare the Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all documentation and accessories.
  5. Attach the Label: Affix the printed shipping label to the outside of the package.
  6. Ship the Package: Drop off the package at the specified shipping carrier location in the return instructions.

How Will I Receive My Refund?

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.


Can I Exchange an Item Instead of Returning It?

Yes, if you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at returns@byenoksen.com. Exchanges are subject to availability and must meet the same return conditions as refunds.


How Long Does It Take to Process a Refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the credit will be applied automatically to your original payment method.
